2006 KC Fringe Invites Community to Festival Friendraiser

KANSAS CITY, Mo.—Feb. 7, 2006—Interested in becoming a Fringer in 2006? The KC Fringe Festival committee invites the community to a Friendraiser on Friday, Feb. 17 from 6-8 p.m. at the Bohemian Gallery, 200 West 19th Terrace in Kansas City, MO.

This free event will include drinks, hors d’oeuvres and entertainment by local artists, including folk singer Barclay Martin, theatre and music performer Mike Agranoff from Cross Currents Culture Project, original dance performer Marissa McKay with Reach…a movement collective inc., and comedy performer Miss LaRouge.

During the event, the committee will announce the Fringers organization. Attendees will have the opportunity to become part of the Fringers by making a contribution to the festival.
