KING O' THE MOON by Tom Dudzick: Nov 30-Dec 1: 7 pm Mon-Tue
Part 2 of the Over The Tavern trilogy. Over The Tavern introduced you to the Pazinsky family in the 1950's, in King O' The Moon it is 10 years later in the 60's during Viet Nam and lunar landings, this play stands on it's own even if you didn't see part 1. Directed by Victor Hentzen. Selected readings from the script with fellow auditioners. Scripts are available for checkout ($20 refundable deposit), at the Sermon Center front desk beginning 2 weeks prior to the audition date. Parts available for 3 females and 4 males

Full Moon Productions, who own and operate The Beast and The Edge of Hell Haunted Houses, are thrilled to announce auditions for an Actor/Storyteller to be the guide on their all new Haunted Tours of Kansas City.

When: Wednesday, October 21
6:00pm-8:00pm at The Beast

Please prepare a monologue, memorized verse or ghost story.

Bring a headshot/resume if you have one. It is not required though.

Pay based upon experience.

Bookings will be year-round.


Mystery Train Auditions re-scheduled

The Mystery Train's auditions for "Dressed to Kill", originally scheduled for Monday evening, has moved to Tuesday, Oct 20th from 6 to 9 pm.

SEEKING: two men and one woman for characters in an interactive murder mystery, set in 1931. Show opens Nov 13 and runs through Jan 2, with performances on Thurs, Fri and Sat (no holiday shows). There is performance pay.

Fetch “Casting Call”

DrippingDead Films LLC is producing a feature length film “Fetch” by screenwriter Trent Haaga, Directed by CM Downs in the Kansas City area from November 14th through December 1st.

“Fetch” is a terrifying story about a University Cheerleading team whom vanish in rural Alabama.
Led by Sheriff Lewis the search for the Cheerleaders sends you through a horrifying story of greed, betrayal, and cruelty.

This is a low budget NON-UNION production.

Got notice of this from Allan today -- AG

KTWU, the Topeka PBS station, is airing a live broadcast of a staged radio version of "Dracula" Wednesday, October 14, 2009, at 8:30 PM. ATS student, Allan Hazlett, is featured in the title role. Sound effects will be done live on camera. Other area PBS stations will carry it live. Many other PBS and NPR stations, in Kansas and surrounding states, will air the show between Wednesday and Halloween.

The Mystery Train will hold open auditions for its holiday production, "Dressed to Kill" on Sunday, Oct 18, from 3 to 5 pm and on Monday, Oct 19, from 5 to 9 pm by appointment only.

Seeking two men and one woman to portray characters in an interactive murder mystery set in 1931 Kansas City. Show opens Nov 13 and runs through Jan 2, with performances on Thurs, Fri, and Sat evenings and several additional private parties. There is performance pay.
